Holiday in Dubai - what do things cost

• Could someone help me with the price of items in Dubai. I will be travelling with children and would like to know what lunch would cost, what suppers cost? What is the price of bottled water etc. Am I correct that the average taxi fare is 20dirhams?

  Things are getting a bit expensive you're looking at around 100-300 dirhams on a meal for two depending where you go. If you can invest in a copy of The Entertainer -the vouchers will offset the cost of the book in no time!!
