  You will not acquire Canadian citizenship by marrying a Canadian. What you will be elligible to obtain is the right to become a Canadian landed immigrant and the right to live and work in Canada. The best way to proce ed in that case is tojointly fill out a family reunification claim with Citizen & Immigration Canada. The process requires a ton of documents (i.e. birth certificates, yours and hers, matrimony certificate, etc...)
