LEar German and VISA

I think to go to Austria in febr. My girlfriend is from Austra but i m from Argentine. I need to get a Cheap course of German. but in internet is expensive.
If i take 6 month course i can take a VISA?
I have a BA in Advertising, and take course of Teach Spanish
