help please...

• I am Ardee Dionisio and I'm currently working as a ballet dancer here in Opernhaus in Graz, Austria. This is my 3rd Season in Austria. I used to have a Niederlassungsbewilligung but now I have an Aufenthaltsbewilligung. I just want to ask, what is the difference between the two.
