English or all french

• in doing business with other companies, can french people talk english? Or do they only want to speak french in order to work with you?

• it depends

  they should be speaking english. most of them are, with an accent though.
  
  Hiring a translator might be a good idea, but they can be very hard to find as well as very expensive.
