  Sadly just speaking fluent English is not enough to getting a work permit in HK. You will need a company to sponsor you first to obtain such a document.

  Hi...I have HK citizenship, but I grew up in Canada, so, English is not an issue for me...
  
  However, I still have two/three semesters in university, but I want to move to HK before graduating to work part-time and finish my studies there...
  
  What do you think my chances of finding work are?
