I need help

• my auntie originally resides in the Philippines. She has signed a contract that is for employment. 2 years,. She is trying to go back to the Philippines to visit. JUST FOR VACATION. The company she works for is giving her the vacation but she will not be paid for 3 months that she has already worked for. Is this legal?
