extension of vistor visa

My parents have a multiple visa valid till June 2007.Can they extend the visa from canada.OR do they need to leave canada and re-apply again.

Is no nedded that they leave Canada for the extention .You need to contact the Immgration offices near to you and you can extend the visa again is very easy to do this from within canada.Do it before the visa expires
