Work for Swiss company from Korea

• Does anybody know what kind of regulation applies to a Korean who is to be employed in a Swiss company, but work in Seoul? Does he have to have regular working-residence visa and pay all the insurances in Switzerland although he will seldom come here? Thanks a lot.
